2013 FALL REC SOCCER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The fall soccer season is fast approaching.  We will be initially forming teams and having coaching meetings in June before school lets out.  We are currently registering by mail.

Please volunteer to coach.  We need over 100 Volunteers. 
We are holding a coaching class Aug 10.   COACHES register at walk-in rates ($105/$185).  Please mark the COACH box.

Mail-in Rates: Micro $130; all others $210  (All NEW players need to enclose a copy of a birth certificate or passport)

FINANCIAL AID is available to all children that qualify for FREE or REDUCED lunch.  Please include the following form with your registration.  We thank our community partner Los Angelitos de Encinitas. 

Don't qualify for FREE or REDUCED STUDENT LUNCH?  Use the payment plan.  Send us three checks dated on the first or fifteenth of each month (May, June, and July if application is postmarked by May 15 or June, July, and August if postmarked after May 15)

Please complete one form for each child. Include a COPY of the child’s birth certificate or passport for any child that did not play with us in 2012.
